A Wealth of Information on the Web
Agency Web sites provide information about real estate licensing, statutes, regulations, and a wealth of other related information and links to other sites with related information. Many sites allow ordering of printed versions of official publications and viewing/downloading of any periodic newsletters published by the agency. Most sites provide direct access to detailed information about licensees.
It is now relatively easy for a person to verify the license status and disciplinary history (if any) of licensees whom they are considering employing as a broker and/or sales agent or as a property manager.
