I have 5 years of experience as a property manager and am currently looking for a permanent property manager position for a Landlord that will considered a married couple as his/her apartment building managers. We are looking to work for the area of Los Angeles County * Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Pasadena, Downey, Paramount, Santa Clarita, Lancaster. we can make an exception If have an opening in Las Vegas we could consider that too. If needs property maintenance or cleaning my husband knows how to change light bulbs, patch walls, paint, clean carpets, floors, and parking areas, etc. He is a handyman and we both can keep your property very organized, clean, quiet and safe.
