| After the eviction, and being that it took longer than anticipated (now the tenant owes ever more rent than initially sued for), we have racked up over $425 in court costs, and we still do not know what damages we will find when we inspect the property; How does one continue to recover the the rest of the loss?
I have evicted before, but it never went this far and the material I have covered is not clear on the next step.
