| Hi there, I have a ”due on sale clause”, on my mortgage contract.If I sell or transfer any part of the property before my mortgage is paid off, the entire balance is due immediately. If I carry an instalement sales contract, will I still be required to payoff the mortgage even though the ownership does’nt transfer to the buyer untill after the contract is paid? |
