Property sold, my rights

The property was owned by my grandmother, and escrow ends tomorrow. I have had verbal communication with the new owner throughout the buying/selling process. I have to move, but I don't know what my legal rights are with regard to the time-frame. It was a two-week escrow. I haven't found a new place to move, although I am looking. Most of my belongings have been moved to storage, NOW WHAT???

Do you have a lease or rental agreement? Were you given 30 days notice already? The new owner has to honor the existing lease (if you have one). If you haven't been given any notice, I don't think you need to leave as long as you pay the rent. Check with your state laws and provide additional information.
