| I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation on the type of software they use to keep track of tenant payments, late fees, lease dates, etc. When I tried to use a search engine on different names...there were over 77 million choices!
I'm looking for one for a "small business" that's reasonalbe in price a easy to use.
Thanks! |

| Monica - as mentioned above, I have heard that RealTools is supposed to be a good piece of software. Go to e-bay and search for it. Once you get the results you can go to the company website to learn more about it. I've read on other forums that the software is very good, especially for someone who is managing many units like yourself! Good luck! |
