The association produces a high quality monthly newsletter that averages about 20 pages. Monthly board meetings are held on the second Tuesday and general membership meetings are scheduled for the fourth Tuesday. The membership has a dinner meeting at a large area restaurant. Guest speakers include: Judges, government officials, inspectors, attorneys and anyone else who may add to the knowledge and professionalism of the members. Guests are welcome. RPOA encourages using credit reports as a key tool in tenant screening. Members can phone or fax their request for a credit report on a prospective tenant to the association office, and have it back within a half hour.
