Scoring
RHOL credit reports now
include Credit Scoring. The scoring is based on real data and statistics,
so it is usually more reliable than subjective or judgmental methods and
treats all applicants objectively. Judgmental methods typically rely on
criteria that are not systematically tested and can vary when applied by
different individuals.
Credit Unions usually require a score of at
least 570, banks and credit card companies want something above 620. A
score of 700 is considered excellent and usually guarantees credit, as
long as the applicant has an income adequate to meet the new obligation.
The database we use now contains records
on millions of tenants that includes: move-in, move-out dates, tenant
evictions, lease skips and public records - including non money judegment
evictions. If you decide you want this additional information, it is an
additional $5.00, but only if we get a hit on your applicant. Just
check the box on your Fax Cover Sheet. You will not be charged unless we
find information that will help you.
