Florida Property Manager Position

Midsize Mobile Home Park in Manatee County Florida has a job opening for a Resident Park Manager . You'll be provided a free home and free lot rent, as well as wages for time actually worked.
80% of the work is general maintenance. You need general skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You basically need to be able to do anything the park requires for grounds keeping and building maintenance and rehab. You need to be able to follow instructions!
10% of your duties involve interfacing with tenants, i.e. collecting late rent or enforcing park rules.
10% of your duties involve administrative functions, such as posting eviction notices or writing letters pertaining to rules violations. You need to be able to spell correctly, compose a letter, send and receive e-mail, and use a computer word processor. This is an ideal position for a husband and wife team, but that is not required. You definitely need to be in good physical shape without major health problems. Although we are a senior 55+ park, this position will ideally be filled by someone 40 to 55 years of age.
