Homebased businesses are qualified to use Experian (TRW) and TransUnion. Unfortunately, Equifax does not permit home-based businesses or individual owners to use their service.

Once we receive the following items, it will take approximately 1 business day to set up your account. You will be notified by e-mail once your account is set up.

1. Please include the following:
 
A. Both of the following two items:

• Copy of your Driver License
       -and-
• Copy of a voided bank deposit ticket or check that matches the name and address on the driver license (this information is used only for verification purposes and not for payment purposes).
     


 

B. AND at least two of the following five items:

• Copy of Title Statement (for each rental property).
       -and/or-

• Copy of tax statement within the last 12 months (for each rental property).
       -and/or-

• Copy of Deed (for each rental property).
       -and/or-
      
• Copy of mortgage or mortgage statement (for each rental property)
       -and/or-

• Copy of a signed lease or tenancy agreements dated within the last year or Copy of a rental application signed within the last year or Copy of an eviction judgment
