Tenant Agreement helps to prevent disagreements between landlords and tenants. It's always better if the tenant has a written agreement. It must also contain details regarding the rental period, the date of commencement of the Tenant Agreement and charges for late payment. A tenant can rest assured that he or she has full rights to the rental unit and need not fear eviction or sudden seizure. A landlord can similarly feel safe and secure that his property will not be misused or damaged.

Although a Tenant Agreement does not always guarantee smooth sailing for the tenant and the landlord, it at least ensures that disputes are minimized.
