A non written agreement where both the landlord and the tenant have similar view points on the terms of rent without having anything in writing is an agreement contract free rental. Quite naturally, this can lead to differences if one party interprets the verbal contract in a different manner from the other. Although it is prudent to make the agreement in writing, there are many tenants and landlords who still go for an agreement contract free rental. The signed rental contract is a legal document that can be terminated only for reasons mentioned in the contract. However, an agreement contract free rental may be terminated at any time for any cause.
